Bridgette Havel found a deep love for art as a child. It was an outlet throughout her childhood and early teenage years. The same way art was a grounding foundation for her, she hope it will be for others. Bridgette Havel's goal with creating is to make people reflect deeper within themselves, dive into their soul and explore their deeper emotions. Her work is intended to move the viewer in some way. Whatever the emotion may be, her work serves as a stepping stone to allow the viewer to reflect upon deeper feelings. Her work is a reflection of her inner psyche and different complex emotional states. Her work is intended to bridge complex human emotions into a visual form of expression through painting, printmaking, drawing or mixed media works.
Bridgette graduated with her BFA from Adelphi University in 2022. She studied at both Adelphi University Parsons and The New School throughout her undergrad. Havel is currently a tattoo apprentice and art instructor in New York. Havel has done private commissioned works in homes and has done numerous public works as an art assistant.
Bridgette currently works out of The Pearl in Oyster Bay
